Abstract

Introduction. Traditional somatic approaches in rehabilitation often ignore non-linear biological modeling and information-processing loops. Modern digital transformations and information overload create significant psycho-emotional stress, reducing the effectiveness of classic recreational protocols. Research objective: theoretical substantiation, development and structural and functional modeling of the personal health information field based on the concept with the determination of its levels, functional blocks and practical application points for implementation in modern physical recreation, digital hygiene and physical rehabilitation.

Materials and Methods. Theoretical analysis, abstraction, synthesis, systemic modeling, and generalization of energy-information exchange processes in the human biological system were used. The structural model is based on multi-level matrix parameters of the personal health information field evaluated across phenotypic, environmental, and behavioral indicators.

Results. A three-tier structural-functional model of the personal health information field was established, consisting of: a sensory-cognitive input block, a central mental core block, and a somatic-behavioral output block. The mental core acts as a primary regulatory filter rooted in sanological literacy. Information processing failures within this core due to "informational noise" (overload, sanological illiteracy, stress) lead to somatization of pathology, causing chronic fatigue and a decline in cardiorespiratory and immune indices. Consequently, effective physical rehabilitation and recreational protocols must target the mental-evaluative level rather than just isolated somatic symptoms.

Conclusions. The structural-functional model of the personal information field of health as a dynamic contour of biosystem self-regulation is theoretically substantiated, in which the psycho-mental level has absolute functional priority over somatic parameters in protection against destructive information influences. The feasibility of integrating the developed model into the practical system of modern digital hygiene, physical recreation and rehabilitation is proven. It has been established that taking into account the state of the patient's information field and combining cognitive-information support with traditional recovery methods significantly increases the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures due to the activation of mechanisms of psychosomatic self-regulation and conscious motivation.
